Login & Authentication

Learn how to securely access the Cohort RWD platform, manage your credentials, and understand the authentication process.

Accessing the Platform

Navigate to the Login Page

Open your web browser and go to https://cohort.rwd.norstella.com/

Enter Your Credentials

Enter your organization email address and password in the login form.

Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (if enabled)

If your organization requires MFA, enter the verification code from your authenticator app.

Access Granted

Once authenticated, you'll be redirected to the main dashboard.

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organization uses Single Sign-On, you can access Cohort RWD through your corporate identity provider. Click the "Sign in with SSO" button on the login page and enter your organization's domain when prompted.

Tip: Contact your IT administrator to determine if SSO is available for your organization.

Password Requirements

For security, passwords must meet the following criteria:

Minimum 12 characters in length
At least one uppercase letter
At least one lowercase letter
At least one number
At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link.

Important: Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, request a new one.

Session Timeout

For security purposes, your session will automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. You'll be prompted to log in again to continue using the platform.
